The purpose of the Beechwood Family School Council is to provide a positive forum for parents and guardians to collaborate with staff members by engaging in problem solving processes to address school-related concerns and issues that impact Beechwood students. A primary focus is to also identify the many positive experiences our students are having. This forum is designed to enhance the partnership between home and school. The Beechwood Family School Council meets approximately four times per year and consists of Beechwood parents and guardians with children across grades K-2 and the Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction. Parents and guardians who would like to contribute to the Beechwood Family School Council may do so by sharing topics for discussion with members of the Council in advance of meetings. |
